"All around something does need to be done about the lack of tellers (what is going on? Is it like this at all banks right now?) and the insane long lines. Show that you respect that a customer’s time is worth something too! The chaps who walk around the ghost town sea of empty desks with no bankers are more of an annoyance than helpful as 1/10 they will not be able to help a customer in line at all with their random iPads. It would be much more appreciated if they’d let down their pride and go hop on a teller ‘register’; open up a window and start truly helping some people, get the line moving! That would be awesome! Way more helpful than floating about telling people how no there are no bankers, even though this is a bank, make an appointment for that bla bla.
