"This company is a scam! I was in really bad financial situation and I needed a way out so of course I took the first financial institution that said yes to me without doing proper research. Their customer service team are untrained and very disrespectful! They will yell at you and not even let you get a word out during a conversation. I had a late payment report to the credit bureaus when I was wasn’t late. I thought, you know what maybe it was a mistake, they will update their system and everything will show correctly. Nope, they reported me 60 days late 5 days later and the next month 90 days late. I’m sorry I’m no Einstein, but that’s not how late payment are reported. I definitely wasn’t late 90 day in a row. I contacted them to fix the error and I was told, if I feel my account was reported incorrectly I should write a letter to them and they will review my account and let me know. How can I be 90 days late when you are 1 day pass your payment they harass you with 100 phone calls? Something needs to be done about this company. They have unethical business practices and someone needs to investigate them. I will be reporting them to other government agencies as well! I’m also going to follow up with the credit bureaus."
