"Iwould never do business, or recommend doing business with a bank like Premier. My banking is online. I am not a Premier customer, but recently received a $30 check (damage deposit) for my former storage unit, which was drawn on Premier Bank Osseo. I called Premier to inquire about cashing the check, and was told that the fee would be $18. Highly unethical, if not fraudulent."
