"If there was a no star option, I would've selected it. I've never been more embarrassed than the way I was today. I went into this branch to apply for a personal loan, but they called the cops on me, stating that my license was fake. Imagine the trauma as a black man in Minnesota! I was escorted outside by the police who later apologized because of the embarrassment when they found nothing wrong with my ID.However, I went in the branch shaking and asked what I did wrong, there was no answer. The branch manager and the Banker both refused to apologize, stating that they were following their policies. Is it policy to falsely accuse a customer of possible fraud??"
