"Dave Fahrmann did an amazing job helping me secure my mortgage. He truly made the experience so much less stressful and anticipated many things that I would need so I had time to prepare them for an easier closing on my first house. He worked really hard to get the job done within my short time frame (I was 7 to 8 months pregnant during the process and needed to close on the house before giving birth) and was constantly communicating with me and updating me as things moved along.
