"Very irresponsible branch manager Karl Basinski, the branch maker not only he didn’t submit my paperwork to get the account started, didn’t answer any of my emails I sent him regarding the status of the account and processed to not orders me a card, checks or anything to get my business up and running. Like what kind of branch manager is that?"

"Worst bank ever. I was with them since it was US Federal and Firefly and had no issues. Since TruStone took over I had the worst experience with this bank. Customer service is bad, they do not care about their customers, overdraft fees without any notification. Go somewhere else, Huntington Bank has a better policy and better service."

"STEER CLEAR! Holly the teller just told me to my face that I was a joke and kept saying she is taking my name down. At one point she told her co worker to take my name down whom nodded in agreement. I guess they’re coming after me outside of the bank. I’ve never experienced worse service in any establishment! I literally just opened a business account here but would advise anyone considering doing the same to save your time. WORST! SERVICE! EVER!"
