Combining boys and girls is also helpful and made me want to step it up as a hockey player and there are many very good boy and girl players who attend this program which is great help for others and they keep coming back so obviously it’s working. I love the duration of different activities, such as shooting and stick handling, to workout, to going on the ice and applying the skills we are learning.
