About Us
The Cages is a health institution located at 1353 Larc Industrial Boulevard in Burnsville, Minnesota, United States. Our Small Group Lessons are specially designed to prepare young players for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. Led by Certified Cages Instructors, our one-hour sessions include 40 minutes of hitting and 20 minutes of throwing and fielding, with a player/coach ratio of 4:1. Our Spring/Summer Membership is a popular option for those looking to keep their skills sharp, offering access from point of purchase through the end of August for just $160.
In addition to lessons and memberships, The Cages also offers year-round camps and clinics for players looking to improve their skills. Our state-of-the-art indoor Trackman simulators are perfect for golf enthusiasts looking to practice year-round. We also offer Team Time sessions for groups looking to practice in our cages.
