"There are three criteria for a good hockey rink: good ice, clean locker rooms, and unsolicited access to the showers. Nearly all rinks miss one out of three, either the guy resurfacing puts down too much water or the locker room access to showers is locked. Most of the time it's both. But not at Breck. Thanks for being good operators."
"Ice is well kept but some staff, specifically the slender\older guy in a beanie, is horrible at customer service. If you don't like your job, get a new one or deal with it. I worked in an arena myself. No excuse for that. Those are paying customers."
