"My experience with Sela at this point is a thumbs down. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the way they can chose to ignore your phone call by caller id and or never return your call after multiple voicemails and sticky note reminders from the front desk receptionist. This is not due to COVID this is due to poor customer service and a lack of accountability in the leasing office."

I appreciate the adequate customer service they give to me and other tenants, it makes the building feel safe and welcoming for all. She makes sure everything cared for and that you are pleased at the end of any conversation."

"It's been over a month since I requested to return the deposit money for the apartment. I've been working with Martha Kifle and all she does is tell me to call later, she is driving, not at the office or need to speak to someone. She told me she would return the funds on September 25th but still nothing . Even today I called about 5 times . I'm a working professional that goes to school, I don't have time nor the patience for this kind of deceptive behavior . If you want your deposit money back don't live here ."
