"Crossfit Sisu is the best gym I have ever been to. The owner, Pat Crosby, actually quailed for the Crossfit Games this year. That's in large part thanks to the programing of the GM Thomas. All the coaches are great and very attentive. They want you to be successful and the best athlete you can be. Doesn't matter if it is your first day or you have been crossfitting for years. They get to know you an really care about you as person and a client. Making sure you check your form and weights during class. The other athletes are great and very welcoming and always willing to help or partner with anyone. Safety is very important here, and people are always willing to look out for each other. In fact, in less than 2 years some of the people from the gym have become my close friends. Highly Recommended!"
