"I’m the father of a severely disabled young man. We have been with Orion for about 25 years now. They once were outstanding. Our “family coordinator” kept in regular contact with us - whether we had an issue or not. But over the years, turnover resulted in a revolving door of staff. I have no clue who our contact person is anymore and I haven’t gotten a call or an email in many years. But I let it slide because the payroll kept coming. Now, they’ve had turnover in that department too and lately I can’t get a reply from anybody. I understand that everybody is overworked these days, but this company doesn’t work for free. We PAY them for services and the quality of those services is clearly slipping. For the first time, I’m strongly considering changing companies. I sincerely hope this review gets someone’s attention at Orion. I’m very frustrated. Taking care of a severely disabled autistic young man is hard enough. This company is supposed to make life a little easier for those of us who were given a disabled child at birth. We pay them for that. There are PLENTY of other companies to choose as options and I’m considering those options as of now. If you are experiencing something similar with Orion that we are, you should too. Thank you."
"They do a good job overseeing pay checks, W-4s, and all that entails. They have good ideas and response time. They have good apps and training along with tech people to help with that. I would recommend them to others."
"The review of ORION ISO is ZERO! ORION ISO is horribly bad financial management services. They discriminated DeafBlind/Deaf consumers and Deaf staff. They neglected Fraud/waste/abuse policy and Consumer Directed Policy. They violated Vulnerable Adult Act, HIPPA, Rehabilitation Act, ADA law, Human Rights Act. They made so many mistakes. They had huge lack of communications with consumers. They lied too much. I won't recommend you to use ORION ISO services."
