"The. Best. Studio. Ever!! Buffalo is lucky to have Bobbi, Molly, Melissa, April , Tanya and Carolyn!!"
"Wonderful Pilates studio! I highly recommend it whether you are a beginner or have been practicing pilates for years! The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable."
"Great atmosphere and they made it seamless to start with a class and fit right in! So far all classes have been well taught, easy to follow or if there is a question; nice and easy to modify."
"Refine Pilates is a something I look forward to multiple times a week. They push you to do more, but also know each clients different situations and look out for each and every person in the class. It is like a small family and I never want to miss a class!!"
"1,000 times yes. This place has gotten me functional. I recently was desperate to build muscle and stuck. I was soo much stronger 3 months in and now I have much more strength at 6 months. I can tell. My family and friends can tell. I can engage more and trust that my body will hold together. Bobbi knows the body well and doesn’t just pay attention to the pretty muscles, she works on the building blocks of the back, the triceps, what we need to hold our posture, the muscles to help protect the low back, and the shoulder shoulder shoulders. Sheesh, not to mention the core, which is obvious when it comes to Pilates but it’s so much more than that. I’m so grateful!!!"
