"Recently while competing against TDW they made negative comments about dances from my studio and our dancers. The comments were made loudly during our performances and in front of parents and dancers from our studio. TDW faculty were also making negative comments about black dancers at our studio that I would prefer not to repeat online. TDW was completely unprofessional and decided that instead of celebrating their own success and beautiful dancers that they would bully studios a quarter of their size. I hope that TDW can learn from this and grow considering how hurtful the comments were. It is also disgusting that such comments would be made about beautiful dancers in 2023. I am proud to come from a diverse and inclusive studio and it was painful hearing the comments that were made about my best friends who are CHILDREN that only want to dance, just the same as TDW dancers. "Amazing studio space, staff is organized perfectly, playroom for younger kids, communication is impeccable and timely, instructors are fun, motivating and encouraging!!! So much for the competitive dancer and rec dancer! Lots of space to hang out while kids are dancing too!"
