"My mom's annuity (she paased away early Spring of this year)was placed in this sham of a firm's hands. Had an agent who worked with me. Name was Brent. I left a vm requesting a statement because I had not heard a peep from them when I signed papers with them April 20th. I was told when I returned a call during my lunch break that "they could not find my account" by using my name and several identifiers. I told the woman I spoke with that My account was with Brent and she sure should have some record of this. She insisted " we are not handling your account". I asked who is and she said"I have no access to it because we are not handling it". I asked if you " lost my account- was upset". They told me "it isn't lost " and were laughing at me. I told them I heard them laughing and that was very unprofessional. The woman on the other end totally ignored me and talked over me repeating a 1-800 number " who can tell me where my account was". Mean sprouted Lutheran jerks."
