"Beware of being stuck with a very high bill. We paid $168 for grooming that took under 2 hours and usually costs $115 - $125 at other places. They would not give an estimate in advance. Our dog is 68 lb doodle, sweet, docile and middle aged, and not especially dirty as we bathe and brush him regularly."
"I have a rescue Pitbull that is terrified of basically the world because of Prior abuse. None of the other groomers in town will do a simple nail trim and the vet even a refused to trim his nails. He's not aggressive just scared but these guys get it done. They are efficient professional and understanding I don't know what I would do without!!!"
"John did an amazing job with Astro who is 4 months of energy and flop. Mixed bed Pyrenees,Airedale terrier, husky and poodle. He had hair in his eyes, ears and the way John tweaked his coat and cleaned up his big hairy feet is awesome. How he got my puppy that way with all the squirm is magic. 1 before photo, 3 after."
"I’m so grateful to have found this place. Our old, anxious dog had a freak out while getting groomed at Petco. We didn’t get many details, but were told we better not bring him back. Took our old fella to Grooms Crew and they were so understanding and accommodating. Apparently he started to fall apart again, so they made adjustments to their routine to get him through it. They cleaned his ears and glands - two things that other groomers haven’t been able to do for him lately. Big thanks to John for taking such care."
"Great experience overall getting our Goldendoodle puppy’s first haircut. They provide a “first cut” service to get puppies used to the groomer, and then if the puppy is handling it well they’ll also do a full cut. We made an appointment on a Saturday around noon, and there were only two other dogs being seen at the time. Joe was able to give her the first and full cut. She looks great, and had a great experience!"
