"We bought 3 of the bug boxes of sm/med crickets for enclosures while on vacation. We opened one of them up to split between 2, it had 11 crickets and 3 were dead. These advertise 25/30 on the box. We opened the other 2 and one had 10 the other 13. These guys are ripping people off because most just poke the whole and set the box in. Luckily our pet store gave us bulk crickets to make up the difference."

"I bought "flightless fruit flies" from PetSmart who was selling bug co. product. When I got home and opened the vile to feed my arrow dart frogs the "flightless" fruit flies flew out and now I have fruit flies all over my home. I reopened outside and have video of them flying about for anyone that doesn't believe me. Very dissapointed."
