"Beware!!! They don't deserve any stars. I would warn any small minority business on doing business with Geneva Capital. They mislead you into thinking they cover you more if you opt to get the insurance that they could provide only to leave you without equipment when a valid claim is made for replacement or repair. They'll allow you to state what you would prefer only to make the decision that works for them and the insurance company they work with (in bed with). We literally paid on time every month fulfilled 95% of our contract and when a fire claim was done. Allyson and her buddy Michelle from their "insurance" company conspired to pay the remaining payoff of $2800 dollars opposed to fixing or replacing our machine. They got all their money plus interest and we are left without a machine because they get to pick and choose who they want to cover. Not to mention the racial profiling with the constant questions and prolonged claim process when they had all the evidence on our fire claim. This company lacks integrity and should be closed."

The true litmus test was when a machine we financed with Geneva and used for 2 years never got the upgrades that were promised were coming by the manufacturer at the time of sale, the process for return of that machine and the aquisition and financing of the replacement from another manufacturer was extremely fair and much simpler and faster than I expected it was going to be. Forget the Bank, The process for us has been consistently much easier and a more efficient working with them vs the bank and the customer service has been outstanding. "Everyone I have worked with at Geneva has been quick to respond and professional. More important they are not snakes like many of the equipment lending companies that try the bait a switch. I've had plenty of experience with the later . Others offer a great deals, promise it's going to be a $1.00 buy out then switch the contract at signing to a fair market value, meaning you have to buy the machine or equipment after you already finished you payments. Hard to find lenders like this. I will use them for all my equipment purchases."
