"I did one at home training session with Ben and he gave me more to work with than a six week basic obedience course has! He took his time walking me through every issue that I have been struggling with my dog. It was a TON of information which was great but a little overwhelming at points. However, after the session he wrote up a really thorough follow up email with all of the next steps, new games to try with my dog, a detailed plan for separation anxiety, and even filmed an example video walking through everything with a similar dog as mine!! I am already seeing a lot of progress just after one day. Ben went above and beyond, and I am excited to work with him again after we implement all of the amazing things we were shown!"
