"This is a nice location in Roseville that offers a lot of different services. From grooming, to training, pets hotel and coming soon veterinary services! They offer a lot of different pets as well from birds, chinchillas, cats, fish and turtles. Lots of things you can get here. Prices aren't to bad. I feel Petco is a little more expensive. Compared to the 2, you can buy the bigger pets here and they offer more services."

"We have used your grooming services for many years with four different dogs. We have a sweet older dog with a few growths on him. He has a heart murmur and we were fine to stay there till his grooming was completed` They refused to groom him today and in the future. After 14 years of grooming him, they react that way! I will never step foot in that store again. This message will be passed on to all friends who have dogs! NO HEART!!!"

"Had a horrible experience on 2/13/24 at 3:40 pm. We went to look at the cats and were curious about their weights since they were not listed. During our last visit with the cats, an employee showed us that there is a booklet in an UNMARKED UNLOCKED cabinet out in the open with the cats weights on them, so we took the book out during this visit and looked for their weights. During this time, a female employee (possibly a manager) came behind us and stared at us for a minute and then said. “Did you guys just help yourself to that book!?” She became visibly upset and insinuated that we were up to no good and possibly trying to steal it, scoldingly telling us we are not allowed in the cabinet or book without an employee. I did not realize that a book about cats for adoption and their weights was a top-secret document. At other pet stores, the book is out in the open. I told her that is fine but there should be a sign up saying to keep out or lock it. She got very defensive saying that no one ever goes in that cabinet and had a very very nasty tone. All it had to be was a simple 5 second interaction to politely notify us that the cabinet is employees only but instead she dragged it out to be a long passive aggressive confrontation for zero reason at all. We spend too much money here to be treated this way and will not be returning."

"Consistently good variety of necessities and toys for cats and dogs, and friendly staff. We also adopted a cat from their shelter program who we love! He had all of his vaccines, was fixed, and has no behavioral issues. Adoption process was smooth, and we were given a detailed health record and a cat coupon booklet."

"I love this location! PetSmart is one of my favorite stores to go to for buying pet supplies for my cat! The employees are the best here and super friendly and awesome! We brought my cat here a little over a month ago to the PetsHotel and they took great care of him and were so friendly! They took the time to send photos of Linus and I liked that we got a report of how he did when we picked him up! We’ve even brought Linus along with us in his cat stroller to come shopping… I appreciate that the cashier was very friendly and nice and that she commented how cute my cat was and engaged in conversation… not all staff take the time to engage in conversation or even acknowledge and say hi to my cat… we went to a different pet supply store with our cat in addition to PetSmart and the staff at that store ignored us and didn’t even acknowledge our cat or be friendly so I appreciate that PetSmart employees are more friendly and really seem to enjoy seeing pets and genuinely seem to love animals!"
