"I hate leaving this review because most of the staff are very kind and friendly. I came later than I usually would at 6:20 pm because I was already running errands all day. The door says they are open until 8, but upon entering I discovered they have a policy that their dog wash closes at 7.. which is fine. I apologized and said I could come back on Saturday if it was too late, and one of the employees said oh no! It's okay! Very friendly.. wanting me to use the service. Little did I know I would be rushed out.. by a different employee. She came in on my second shampoo and she said this word for word. "the bath closes in fifteen minutes, you need to be done in fifteen minutes." Then walked away. She sounded so irritated and I felt so much pressure and bitterness. I purposely didn't finish my blowdry for my dog. The most annoying part is one of the employees started a wash on their dog as I was leaving. I understand you want people out at the time of close, which is literally why is said I would come back Saturday, but the other employee insisted that it was okay. There is a way of saying what she said in an effective respectful way rather than being passive aggressive and rude, and then making eyes to the other coworkers about how long I was taking even though I was washing as fast as physically possible. I have a shepherd. I would have much rather come back on Saturday than be RUSHED out the door. I always try and wipe down my dogs hair mess after and get told to not do that, but all I've ever tried to do was be considerate of the employees. I didn't know the dog wash closed at 7, and had I known that I would have come earlier, OR returned on Saturday instead of dealing with attitude for no reason."

"Ally did a great job cleaning my boy Sunny up. Asked how short I wanted his hair and took care of him exactly like I asked. Very kind. Looks great with no scraggly hair anymore."

"Pet Evolution is wonderful! The place is clean, the staff is friendly and so fast at cleaning things up so we can get our doggie in. The provided soap is pretty terrible but we just bring our own. It's so nice to be able to stand up and wash our dogs. Love this place!"

"I brought my golden retriever, Danger, in for self bath and Tiffani did his nails and paw hair trim. It was a great experience with the self wash! Everyone was so helpful. Danger was so chill and relaxed with the staff. Tiffani did a great job!"
