"This is the type of workers you hire? Discriminating against people of color. Customer accused of stealing even when they are SEEN physically paying for all their items. The lack of accountability is sickening. Having a male employee dressed in baggy clothing and sweatpants following and watching a female customer for 30 minutes is insane! This reflects the TRUE company values. To have an employee act in this manner and claim to be a supervisor is disgusting. To treat a customer like that truly ruins the experience, and relationship with the store. His behavior reflects what pet supplies plus Bloomington, the company condones this horrible type of behavior! Truly disgusted."

"My friend recently had a very discriminatory encounter with one of the workers. At first, she didn’t recognize he was a worker and she was shopping for her dog. She wanted to browse around and noticed a man in a gray hoodie, sweats and a scruff beard was following her around. She went to a couple different aisles and decided to bring it to the cashiers attention. As she brought it up to her attention, the worker went up to the counter behind her and that’s when she noticed and felt discriminated against. He later made a unprofessional comment stating “did you steal then?” Directly to her. And she told him “did you assume I steal because I’m Asian?” And he said “maybe but that’s on you”. So he DID assume that she would steal therefore followed her around. If you’re Asian or anyone that is of color, please stay away from this store!!! Will be contacting cooperate once I find out their email and phone number!"
