"I adopted a hedgehog from here and she only lived to four years after developing arthritis in her spine. I tried reaching out to the owner back then to ask some questions but she never responded back to me. My daughter adopted a hedgehog from here and she is now four years old and developing wobbly hedgehog syndrome. The average life expectancy of an African pigmy hedgehog in captivity is 5-10 years and neither one of our sweet babies are going to even make it to 5 years. Very disappointed."
