I’ve contacted multiple people multiple times over several days to get a status report on my tax filing, and they have been non-responsive. They finally called me after they saw this post. So sad. After days of being in limbo, they topped off my mega-negative experience by massively under-projecting my tax liability. Now, I owe a boatload more than anticipated!
