I am sick of them asking me what they're doing for me today as I'm putting my items into the drive thru box, only to have them ask me again what they're doing once they have my items in hand. It's very fake and obviously forced. I get that this was in response to some bad reviews but why make it uncomfortably fake? You just get more bad reviews."

"Okay banking here but it makes me VERY uncomfortable how incredibly scripted and fake Wells Fargo kindness is. Its laughable lol. Stop trying to shake my hand every 18 seconds with your dead fish of a hand and ask me questions about my personal life. I just want people to act natural. If it wasn't important to build credit and a hassle to switch banks I would leave this establishment quicker than they can ask me what color my underwear is and if I'm enjoying the weather."

"Wish I researched them before opening an account with them. This bank scored a D- with BBB. I admit that I'm an idiot for forgetting but I had my dates wrong for when my direct withdrawal for my car insurance came out which threw my account into negative standings. On top of that the -35 over draft fee. Now I'm not mad about the overdraft but I am however upset about the following 4 overdraft fees for a total of 5. I am always checking my balance before even stepping into a store for a transaction. The car insurance came out on the 31st and they threw that on top of transactions back from the 28th 4 days before pushing them to them bottom and the insurance on top. Like I had the direct withdrawal of the car insurance on the 31st before the gas I purchased on the 28th or that subway sandwhich on the 29th. A total fee of $175. Come to find out they had a law suit very recently for exactly this type of mischievous activities. This is a sick company and should be out of business!"
