"I've owned a business in town for 27 years. Hired this company to do my W2's for my employees. Two of them with wrong SSN's on it, which would have created a lot of problems had we not caught it. One of the SSN's they used was for a former employee who does not even work for me anymore. On my personal tax return they forgot to file a form and my bank caught the mistake when I applied for a mortgage. They did correct everything but this is not what I would expect from a long time CPA practice. Very bad experience."
