"Got in fairly quick I thought they did a pretty good job of figuring out what was going on I do think it's a little hurried there with how they deal with patients but that's happening everywhere nowadays so all in all I'd say if you need to go somewhere it's a good place to go. The bedside manner is lacking though. I had trouble lying down for scan because of injury and was in bad pain and the tech says....are you wanting to get this done today in an impatient manner when it was obvious I was trying my best. Fairly effective but clearly obvious it's a business and your a number. It's as I'd people are paid on commission. That being said they did an OK job overall"

"I feel that Dr Hagen was not sensitive to my needs. When I asked if he looked at my records, he stood with his hands on his hips and said “I don’t need to”. Really? What doctor doesn’t review your records? I do not recommend this doctor and hope I never have to have an encounter with him again."

"I visited The Urgency Room in Vadnais Heights, MN for the first time this week. I was very impressed with the staff professionalism and efficiency. All were wearing masks. The facility was clean, modern and spacious. Booking an appointment online was straightforward. The doctor who evaluated me was prompt and professional. She diagnosed my problem, issued a prescription and I was back out of the door in around 30 minutes. Great experience. Thanks!"

"I've always had positive experiences here. I like the appointment concept, as it helps ensure people are seen in a timely manner. Everyone has always been friendly, from the front desk on. It's nice to know when you need help, this great option is available."

"We had a great experience. I made an appointment a few hours before. We arrived and were seen nearly immediately. After a respiratory swab and a chest X-ray we were out of there with results in about an hour, hour 15. It was very clean. The nurses and staff were great. Doctors were very thorough. Will 100% be going back. Would have spent at minimum 1-2 hours at an urgent care just to go back to a room, or 6-7 + hours at an emergency room. Definitely stop here first."
