"I don’t attend the yoga classes at Lucent but do somatic stretching sessions with Bridget Walthers. I have alway been so tight in my hips and shoulders, very inflexible and tried so many things to try to alleviate the issues. Hands down this has been the best thing I have ever done. Bridget is amazing and it is clear from your first session with her how much time and training she has put into becoming knowledgeable in this area. I highly recommend!"
