Sent her by herself since she’s 18 now, the gal was so condescending and awful to her because she wasn’t picking out glasses today, that she called me crying from the car. I’ve gone to Pearl Vision in Eagan for myself for years, but will not return after that experience."
"Exam went great like before. Doctor was very meticulous and thorough in finding my prescription. It did not change enough, so he said I didn't need to purchase new glasses. They didn't try to sell me on something I don't need yet, so, I'm just going to get more contacts. Love their honesty!! I highly recommend this vision provider."
"Unfriendly receptionists. My family did not feel welcomed to the facility, as brand new patients. Someone snapped at my older daughter because she expected my younger daughter to be there also, even though their appointments were 20 minutes apart. They kept calling one daughter by the other one's name. We don’t have confidence that my daughters were given the correct prescriptions, we feel that they may have mixed them up. Rushed service by the doctor, and not enough tests performed to inspire any confidence in the service received. My husband was not given a printout of his prescription. We will not be back, after such a negative experience."
"Great eye exam.I love that I can opt for photos of the rear of my eyes instead of having my pupils dilated. Dr. Ozbek was very gracious and efficient. Nice store, relaxed no-pressure atmosphere. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. This will continue as my go to vision place."
