But cmon, help my family out the day before thanksgiving by taking 2 min to sell me the comb. Worst customer service I’ve run into for YEARS."

"Totally dysfunctional business! Always an hour+ behind when you arrive for your scheduled appointment. They will change your reservation multiple times without notice and never respond to voice mail or txt about it. After being there a few times and listening to employees try to use their scheduling software it was clear how it gets screwed up all the time. Only one person had any clue how to use it so they were constantly getting peppered with questions all the while trying to do a treatment. That person wasn't always there and it was clear appointments were being made erroneously. Everyone who came in was told their appointment was pushed back. Some just rescheduled because they had other plans. People leaving were lamenting they were an hour or more behind now. Each time I arrived to check in they asked me why I was here. They weren't confirming their notes...they genuinely had no idea why I was there. The waiting area seats 2 comfortably. There is absolutely no way to be less thank 4 feet apart. It's about a 10x6 area with lots of kids toys and two chairs. At one point there were 3 adults and 2 kids stuffed in there. Compared to the rest of this shabby building this suite was nice. The kids area was actually super cute. It seemed clean and kept. The whole building still smells like your grandparents house...because it likely once was. Also...put your suite number on the legend in the entry so we don't have to wander looking for it....and put the baseboards back on because it looks trashy without them. Especially when the outside walls have it but none of the interior walls do."
