"My primary doctor sent a referral over to Noran in Blaine last Thursday and I was told that they would call me within 1-2 business days. I today decided to call them myself to get a appointment set up since the 2 days had passed. The scheduler then told me they are over 120 days booked out so are not able to get me on their schedule and that was the reason they never contacted me. Seriously! You would think they would have at least called to let me know they couldn't schedule me so I could then move on to another place! I'm trying to be seen for possible MS which isn't something you dilly dally with getting a diagnosis for. What a joke."
"I am so bummed by my experience here. I saw them in December and while my doctor was very nice, the follow up and follow through was non existent. The doctor agreed to move forward with botox as a treatment plan for migraines and needed to submit a prior auth. I waited about 6 weeks and hadn’t heard anything so I called in - they had never sent my PA in. She sent it at that time. Another 2 weeks go by and I call again - at this point they say I’ve been approved! Not sure why no one called me though. So we schedule for Botox which was another few weeks out - keep in mind I’ve been suffering with migraines this entire time, desperately waiting for my Botox treatment. I get a call less than 24 hours before my appt saying they have cancelled it! They simply aren’t offering botox anymore. They provide no options with what to do either - told me to wait until my appt at the end of March. The kicker of it all is that had they just done the PA when they were supposed to - I would have gotten my fist treatment long before they stopped offering it. Now it’s been another 3 + weeks since they did this and I am in a ton of pain, so I call to try and schedule an infusion yesterday. The doctor doesn’t call me back so I call again today - I finally get a voicemail 2 hours later telling me to go to the ER. I am honestly flabbergasted at the treatment I have received here - they really don’t seem to care whatsoever about their patients. I have moved my care to a new neuro and will never return here. Shame on Noran for treating their patients so poorly. I had a great experience here about a decade ago but things have completely changed."
"Thought doctor was great and seemed to care. Had follow up appointment scheduled for my son who was having severe headaches and dizziness. Got a text message a week before saying I would need to reschedule. When I called said next appointment was almost two months out. I had to spend hours of my day trying to get him in sooner. Being they cancelled on me they should have called me up personally and found an appointment within a reasonable timeframe like other clinics have in the past. I guess this place is just a big clinic only after your money. Will be looking elsewhere. Hope to find someone who actually cares."
"Don’t come to this place at all. Go to healthpartner or an actual true doctor not a scam place pretending to be doctors. Lucky I made an appointment with healthpartner because I thought ahead but sadly it won’t be til another month. I’ll be on sever pain and won’t find out what going on with my leg. They don’t want to see people and I told them if they don’t want to do work comps then just bill my insurance. It probably because I have Minnesota insurance and not private at all from a job. They don’t take peasants."
"Overall pretty positive experience except when I need a migraine infusion. You can only schedule same day, which doesn't really work when you need to find a ride/let work know. And then you're just an afterthought and you can only schedule where they can squeeze you in... for me that's asking me to drive an hour one way with a migraine since I couldn't find a ride? Doesn't seem very safe. If you're going to offer same day infusion for migraines, there definitely needs to be flexibility which you do not offer."
