"If I could give negative stars I would. The people at this location are incompetent. They do work for H & R Block after all. My ex husband and his new wife file their taxes here but I file mine online. Every year the morons at this company use MY ACCOUNT to file my EX HUSBAND'S taxes. And every year I login and my taxes are gone and replaced with my ex husband's. Yes! That's right. I have access to my ex husband's taxes. His wife's private information. Her kids information. And I pay for them to keep my taxes! And they didn't keep them! I want my $34.99 back H & R Block! Update: I was able to speak to my attorney and she is going to take my civil suit against the owners. She is very confident that we will win our judgment against the owners of this location. Filing on Monday."
"For the past few years, I've done our taxes online.. This year was a little more complicated than usual, so I visited the local office for assistance. The staff treated us professionally and they were all very friendly. The paperwork was completed in a 24-hr turnaround. My only issue now is that I need to access the state forms online, and I'm not sure how to do so."
