Doctor was an hour late for the appt, didnt say a thing about being late, took 5 min to talk with me, verbally gave me 1 exercise with no documentation to follow up and insure I knew how to correctly repeat the exercise, "lost" my prescription for a week and then when I called to speak with someone about my experience I left no less than 3 messages that were never returned."
