"I have had 2 very unpleasant appointments with Dr Jensen. My 1st visit with her she insisted on banding me in the office without any sedation! That appt was pure torture and very painful and by the time I went home the bands were in the toilet as she missed! So then I was referred to a different doctor in that office and at that appointment, Jensen walked in and said she was taking my appointment that day! I was not notified of any changes in the dr appointment or that the referred doctor was not available. Jensen sat there and insulted me to my face and humiliated me during the appointment until I snapped at her saying this appointment is over! And so for the last year or longer they won’t let me back in to see the dr I was originally referred to because I refuse to pay my co pay for the appointment Jensen took over! Why would I pay someone to be nasty and cruel to me when I am the patient! So now I am still suffering in pain and can’t get help!"

"Go somewhere else! Trust me! My mother fell unto some issues with her colon which lead to a temporary bag for abcess. First time for follow up, my mother forgot to complete paperwork. I hurried and finished 8 minutes past appointment time. They told us to reschedule. Moms elderly & uses a walker. Excuse me? No, policy is reschedule after 15 minutes late. We were there 10 minutes early, after paperwork we were 8 minutes past appt. time. They declined seeing her. She has a real detrimental infection and was still turned away. Yesterday i called ( moms bag leaking and a leak at incision) No appointments available. Really? Your kidding. Nope, call wound care or we'll see her on the 16th. It's places like these that fail people in need of help! They are reputationally know for negatively. Highly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They dont care! My moms dr. seems to not care.dr. jensen! Very sad for my mother as she struggles to get there!!! They only respond to positive reviews! Who does this??"

"The staff and service were excellent. It was the most welcoming and friendly experience I've had in any clinic or hospital. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient who took the time to answer my questions and alleviate my fears."

"I had the rubber band ligation which the female doctor suggested although I expressed the need to have it surgically removed after decades of suffering. Afterwards I returned as I still felt no improvement in my condition and the doctor asked if I wanted her to do it again?! Are you Kidd me? Horrible experience & the doctor was rude from my initial visit up until my last and final appointment. My response was no thanks; you won’t get that privilege again! Now I am scheduled less than 10 years later to have the proper surgery performed by a much better physician that this doctor didn’t do. Smh"

"I was here to get some abrupt digestive changes checked out; it was a good experience. If you're having problems "down there," get checked out! there's no reason to suffer because you're embarrassed! Appointments are available within a reasonable time frame and electronic communication with the clinic is great! I had Dr Jensen and she was friendly, non-judgemental, appropriately thorough, and the appointments were non-awkward. She didn't perform any unnecessary repairs, nor order excessive tests... I got my issues sorted out and I couldn't be happier! Thanks for everything!"
