"Terrible. These scammers called me relentlessly over a weekend while I was on vacation. Left 9 messages in 24 hours to call them. one would have been fine. Then multiple texts too. I anticipated calling them when I got home to schedule appointments. Then suddenly I was getting texts and voice mails that they have "set up appointments on my behalf" The dates these baloney appointments were "scheduled on my behalf" were dates I could not get off work. I tried multiple times to reschedule with them. After waiting on hold anywhere between 8 and 19 minutes each time they would not reschedule. They wouldn't even talk to me about it. When I asked to talk to someone else they said there is nobody else. Then they hung up on me. I contacted my rep at the VA and through VFW and told them I will not ever deal with these scammers again. I am still getting multiple calls and text messages that they won't stop. I've been told that if I don't make it to these scheduled appointments they will automatically deny any disability increase. It's a scam to keep veterans from getting any real look at the increases in levels of disability. I'm disgusted."
"No web page for Plymouth Minnesota. Search web for QTC Plymouth and all that came up was Golden valley."
"Whole time at the QTC medical facility I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. When I finally got in to see the nurse/doctor and run through a brief set of tests. One of them having the nurse lock her fingers just above my calf and pulling back abruptly causing shooting pain all throughout my knee. Instead of doing something as simple as I don't know, apologizing, proceeds to poke random spots around my knee asking if that spot hurts when I'm still recovering from the first test. After a long awkward silence with the nurse I'm finally seen by the doctor. I'm then informed I need a prognosis from the VA which I've never had to get in the past. I'm then told that I have to get in contact with the VA, request an appointment to get x-rays taken, and submit the x-rays to QTC for them to submit my paperwork to the VA. Also something I've never had to do. Whole experience was just awful."
"Absolutely horrible. I have been getting treatment at the VA for years and in the last two years they can't get my medications straightened out, they put me in therapy and are monitoring me every month with meds. The VA even put me on multiple depression anxiety and sleeping medications at the same time. But QTC thinks I am all better after a 30min appointment and dropped my disability by 40%. What a joke! Maybe if the doctor would have been asking me questions instead of trying to sell her husbands treatments she would have gotten the picture. Maybe and I know it's hard, but maybe she should have looked at my records. Go to hell QTC you are a discrace to Veterans everywhere. No wonder you can't get above a one star rating. Hope you know you messed up my retirement for life!"
"After months of waiting to be contacted I finally received a notification of my appointment and paperwork to fill out. I made my way to the selected clinic and there was no provider.. the owner of the clinic proceeded to tell me that he has pleaded with QTC to make sure they cancel these appointments with no prevail. How does this happen QTC? It feels as if you and your "scheduling specialists" are at a disconnect on just how important it is for us Veterans to just get seen. I arrived at the clinic feeling anxious this morning and left with feelings of discouragement and abandonment. I requested off of work and had to drive an hour in both directions just to be forgotten about. You, QTC, don't deserve even a single star on this review."
