"I had a really good experience with Dr. Kurtz. It took me some time to find a good urologist who i related to. However, i failed to ask on my first consultation what the policy is of this practice is with regards to being able to ever have a telephone conversation with the doctor after the visit or if additional information is required. It is impossible to get to talk to talk to the doctor. Secondly after many battles to try and communicate with my doctor, i eventually asked if this was the case, do they want me to find a new doctor as i live an 8 hour drive from his office. His nurse practitioner never ever returns calls and ignores you. So on that note, if you are happy never ever being able to talk to your doctor other than when you make paying appointments to see him in his office. then this is probably a good option for you. But in my opinion, the good old American way of serving clients has gone down the drain and you are simply just another number on their books. I wish it had been different."
