"Called about making an appointment and was given the procedure for getting a referral sent to them. A part of this procedure was to give my insurance the correct fax number and wait 3 days to schedule. Followed their instructions for them to then inform me they no longer accept my insurance. Why would I have been given these instructions if you didn't take my insurance? Even further, once the referral was processed why wouldn't someone call to inform me this so that I am not unnecessarily waiting for finding the appropriate care. This does not convey patient care as a value when someone needing medical attention does everything correctly to then be turned away."

"Hirai's beside manner is garbage and she will force an assault survivor with documented PTSD into a medically unnecessary exam and then fire the patient for having a panic attack on the table, because it inconvenienced her. A horrible provider who I would not recommend to my worst enemy. I now cannot tolerate any exams because of her behavior, and she failed to even investigate what was actually wrong and told me the symptoms were in my head. Avoid. However the nurses and office staff were very kind and went out of their way to apologize for Hirai's actions, but that's not their responsibility."

"What's the point of making an appointment, showing up 15 minutes early as requested just to sit for a whole hour waiting to be seen. No " thank you for your patience" or "our apologies for the wait". Don't these people take an oath?"

"The fact she won’t prescribe me prenatal pills is really bothering me. If I have insurance it’s not hard to match my prenatal vitamins with my insurance to something that is covered. I just received a call telling me to go buy some over the counter when I don’t have the funds but have insurance that will pay. I don’t understand why it’s so hard when I work in pharmacy and understand the process."

"Terrible!! They make u Waste your time. Don’t do all the test right away to help u find out what’s going on . Send u from dr to dr & basically tell u to go to hell sending u home still in pain or uncomfortable with no new answers. Wasted over 2 years & still as clueless as I was before even going to the drs to try & heal. All I want to do is feel healthy again & stop wasting my time going from dr to dr getting literally no answers. It’s a joke & i am so exhausted :("
