"If you don't mind sitting for hours, then you are at the right place. Went in for my check up I was left sitting in small wait area. I did ask receptionist if I could sit in my car? I asked if she could text me when THEY were ready. The answer was "NO" you had to sit and wait until your name was called? The next appt, I had to make, I did asked for their 1st appt of the day. I recommend for anyone who may need to go here to ask for the 1st appt of the day. Julie Woods my gynecologist I was told "Has left the State" no longer with them, I just met her? It's hard to try to find one of "these" type of doctors. HORRIBLE! Good Luck Ladies-"

"Went here for initial woman's care. It is so convenient that the patient paper work is electronic and I was able to get that done before the appointment so I don't have to write down my whole life story while I'm there. I had issues with initial login but when I called the office the ladies were so kind to help me and my issue was resolved. Dr. Foster answered all my questions thoroughly and did not rush. Making appointments were easy and flexible."

"If I treated people as I was treated by their staff, I would be sat down with my boss and schooled on professionalism. My dr referred me to them. My file was faxed months ago but they said they never received it. So my dr faxed it again. For a regular office visit they charge some ridiculous amt. They require you to fill out paperwork before your visit, but I never received it. They sent it two more times but it never went through. I tried another email and that went through but still was having technical difficulties. I asked if they had a computer that I could use, like at the blood bank. They didn’t. The receptionist seemed very annoyed and said she would print out the forms. An hour after my appointment and I still haven’t got called in."

"Location and Doctors are great. But the Receptionist / costumer service definitely has room for improvement. The Phone service is poor and you will wait a while to get answers. You will not get call back if you expect to leave a message. Insurance network is limited."

"I had a great experience here. The location is terrific and parking was easy. The office is clean and pleasant, and I didn't wait long to be seen. Both the front office and clinical staff were friendly and competent. I saw a PA, Ashley, who was was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. This women's group appears to sincerely care for the overall well-being of women with its many offerings, procedures and attention to making patients feel welcome and well cared for."
