"I had a visit with Cassandra Oscar on March, fourteenth, our visit was a disappointment on my part, because for months I’ve been having lots of pain, on my right side under the rib cage , abdominal pain, headaches, bleeding, etc. Ms. Oscar dismissed all my issues saying that its the weather, maybe I’m eating something that doesn’t agree with my stomach, excuses or didn’t know to explain, it seemed that she didn’t care about my issues couldn’t wait to get rid of me, either way she was being rude or she didn’t know how to respond to me I felt like she is very unprofessional , absolutely rude, I was happy to hear that it would be her last day in that office I thought it was a waste of time and i felt so confused she made me feel so angry I would never refer her to anyone! Maybe next visit with someone new I could be treated with dignity and not ignorance!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my father here for an appointment being 5 year post liver transplant patient and they did nothing for him. They ran blood work then told us to go to different specialist to get his eyes, kidneys, etc check. Called those places to make an appointment and they told us they can not make appointments without the dr request so we had to wait. A week went by and we called Loma Linda to see what is happening with the referrals and they said they would call us back. No word from them and we called multiple times to check in those referrals. 3 month after the appointment and called them again and no answer. It’s been 5 months now and no call. My dad was diagnosed with hepatitis c here in Vegas 8 years ago and the drs did nothing for him. Told him that it’s too late. Took my dad to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and they gave him the best care to stay alive. Long enough to get a liver transplant 2 years after being diagnosed. My parents were scared to move back here because of the medical care. I told him there is a specialist here and he should be in good hands. Well. This place proved me wrong."
