"Well, you will never see the Doctor in person only students but they are ok no really bad service. The problem is the staff they are always in BAD MOOD and treat you really bad, come on guys, believe me we don’t want to be there neither but we have to if you guys don’t like their jobs apply in Mc dls or wtvr but it’s no fair for patients be treating the way you guys do, by the way . I went three weeks ago to do my tests and they never call me back, after three weeks I call them and this “assistant doctor” answer me letting me know that I have to CALL BACK because they are really busy in lunch wow ."
"Do not go here. The staff is extremely unfriendly and the doctors run a constant hour and a half behind. They don't care about patients or anyone really. It's just a money grab. You'll be greatly disappointed."
"I had such a negative experience with this place. I had an inquiry on a procedure I wanted done and carefully asked for pricing. I was told the pricing and it was within my budget. I started the process and found out after I had already paid the $250 to the doctor that the price was over 10 times what I was quoted.I brought this up with the office numerous times over a month asking for a resolution. I am left now only with this warning to other consumers. Be very careful with this office."
"My wife had laser lithotripsy surgery to remove a kidney stone and went to the office for post-surgery consultation. The staff were extremely rude, including the receptionist, nurse, and doctor's assistant. They said the doctor could not see her because they no longer accept our insurance. "Do not EVER come here anymore," the nurse said. I have never felt so humiliated. My wife was in pain and had many questions for the doctor, but they refused, and we had to leave without our concerns answered. In addition, we paid $5,000 in cash prior to the surgery and they gladly accepted it. We made an appointment with a different provider to address her symptoms, including fever and pain."
"Listen to the bad reviews they are NOT wrong!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t ever write reviews but this time was too much. The lady Wonda or Ronda not sure her name. Was very rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t even get an appointment scheduled so much so that I gave up and will take my business else where. What a shame since I heard the Dr. was good. They really should hire more professional people who will appreciate their job. She sounded miserable."
