"Management here is terrible and the employees I seen in the short time I worked here were hostile and rude to their clients. I heard women scream at the top of their lungs at these individuals and tell them things like, well you can choke on your food then. When I brought it to management they seem very nonchalant and said really much of nothing. I had coworkers harass me trying to fight me for zero reason, a 40 year old women coworker accused me of stealing her juice and threatened to jump me after I mentioned her age due to her cussing me out over absolutely nothing. Terrible work environment, ignorant and terrible management aswell. They do not care enough for the individuals and definitely not employees."

"This is one of the most horrible in home care companies out there. They do not care about their staff at all. They underpay and overwork their staff and wonder why the turn around rate is so high. They fire the wrong people but keep the ones who are of no value to the company. It’s no secret that the associate directors and mangers have inappropriate relationships with their staff and each other with no repercussions. Along with not caring about their staff they also do not care about their clients. I’ve worked in homes that had literally no food in the house with mangers who never even come to the house to Check on the clients. If you are considering using Chrysalis as I home care for a loved one DONT!"

"I worked here two years ago and I’ve been in the field for over 5 years and this is the worst place you would want to send your loved ones. I only worked here for a month but I saw enough. They hire anybody, this is not the job field you go into if you just need a job. The employees don’t care about the clients, I constantly saw abuse and neglect. The clients deserve better care than what is offered there. This place has potential but it’s not getting managed right."
