"The lasik aspect of the practice is phenomenal. Dr. Wellish and Dr. McCandles are amazing. But when I started to suffer from dry eye I was referred to Dr. May. Unfortunately I have yet to meet this doctor because I wait well over an hour for every appointment I schedule with him. I have a very busy schedule working full time and the wait times to be seen are absolutely insane. I waited 2+ hours my first visit to be seen and I had to leave to go to work because I waited SO long. My second appointment I waited over an hour and had to leave again for work. Unfortunately now I will be seeking care for my dry eye somewhere else. I wish the staff would be more transparent about to wait times because I usually have no problem rescheduling. Again the staff is great and very nice but they really need to get these wait times under control."

"Insane wait times at both visits. Over 2.5 hours at my first appointment with time with doctor being 5 minutes or less. Dr. May is not friendly, answers genuine questions with attitude and doesn’t explain what he’s doing or why. He literally laughed in my face! The only positive experiences are with the front desk staff and one male tech."

"Great job. I waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room before they called me in. They ran a plethora of tests on my eyes. The tech was efficient and courteous. The doctor did a super job of explaining what was going on with my eyes. He showed me pictures of healthy eyes and compared it to my eyes. Lucky for me, my are healthy. I highly recommend Wellish Vision."

"Dr. Eissa Hanna and assistant would definitely get a 5 star rating, they are both a pleasure to add to my health team, Dr. Hanna explained my condition well. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because of my initial interaction with the data staff, they were yawning and seemed uninterested and being robotic and did not let me know the eye drops she was placing will sting, only when I reacted did she mention it and for what purpose . Lesson learned, we need to be more proactive with healthcare professionals."
