"Dr Forage was a very patient man who answered my wife’s many questions. The PA assistant was quick yet under a great deal of stress because of backed up patients all experiencing a 3 to 4 hr wait that is common at this location. Disappointed and in pain clients to talk after waiting for hours in the same room. 1st time for a consultation and our last."

"Horrible Horrible! Dr. Forage was in emergency surgery which I understand, the fact they let the whole office fill up and people wait for over 2 hours before finally telling patients he wasn’t even in the building is just terrible business. We opted to wait it out since we are from Out of town. He came in the room not even knowing why we were there, excused himself to go look at my husbands images from sunrise came back in and said your fractured blank, wear your brace and I’ll see you in June for a follow up. Spent maybe 4 minutes total with my husband and didn’t even take the time to ask if he was having any issues. No eye contact just typing on his computer. Will NOT be going back that’s for sure! BB"

"I was supposed to have surgery in beginning of October but never got booked. When finally got booked it was a date that already had advised couldn’t do at end of the month. 2 months later still never got surgery booked. I moved on to get 3rd opinion and found the best Dr and staff at Synergy. One X-ray and they were able to immediately book my surgery at the same hospital this Dr uses. So how does one Dr get in quicker than your doctors. It just seems they don’t care enough to try to even book for read emails. I don’t understand how ASAP can be misunderstood but I suppose when you are not dealing with the pain yourself then people, feelings and pain level is easy to overlook. So thankful I went to Synergy to Dr D instead of following through with SBI"

"Dr. Duke saved my hubby. He was a second opinion for us after a Biospine location in Orlando Florida told him he needed back surgery. Dr. Duke looked at the same MRI disk as the first doctor and said his back was no different than anyone else his age. He then knew right away what my hubbies problem was. CARPEL TUNNEL. Today we got the results and it’s confirmed carpel tunnel. Dr. Duke was blunt, straight to the point and just felt like a real guy."
