"Never get the same doctor twice let alone twice in a row. 1pm appointment there’s a text at 1pm that you’ve been changed to a different doctor and time. After requesting to see the same doctor for three months, three appointments and three hours off my job so have finally booked another psychiatrist. Denied refilling meds without appointment even though the meds cause seizures without them as they’re an anti convulsant/mood stabilizer. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH MENTAL HEALTH THEYLL MAKE YOU WORSE OFF."

"The waiting room is small and dingy and usually packed. Usually your care provider is running late and once get back there to be seen they’re in such a hurry to get you out they don’t take the time to assess your needs. This clinic seems to be in partnership with certain pharmaceutical companies because as much as you express no change in your condition they continue to keep you on the same high priced medication. Lastly, if you ever have a question about your medication and leave a message for the medical assistant no one ever gets back to you. You’re already in a vulnerable place when seek psychiatric help and for your needs to be brushed aside so blatantly is cruel and unprofessional."
