"We drove in from Pahrump to be seen at this office. They received my daughter's referral on a Wednesday, I think? and by the following Monday, I had an appointment. I arrived early. I checked in right away. We were in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes before we were seen before our appointment time! We saw Mike. I thanked him for getting us in early. He said he has kids too, so he knows they do their best to wait! (My daughter is 2 and a half.) He explained a lot to me about my daughter's skin. We were advised to follow-up as needed. I told my husband that if we need to see a dermatologist, we'll go back to this office. One other thing: I was given a link to check-in and pay through their app. Highly recommend. It took me about 10 minutes, but it helped me not to do paperwork with my toddler in the waiting room!"

"Terrible. I came 8n as a cash patient, and they wanted my insurance in case of a complication. They sent out for biopsy without my knowledge or need and now being charged for extra. I have recordings gs of their billing lady Karen saying they would take care of it, yet here I am months later and still receiving bills. My advice, get a lawyer before going here."
