"This spot needs to be 10 Star's. Dr. Shervin Najafi, MD, is a Companionate and Kind, Patient, and very Knowledgeable Doctor. He has gone above and beyond for me. Dr. Najafi explains answers to questions asked by Patient very well. The Associates at check in and check out, up front of office are outstanding, very helpful and kind and super patient, even when they are answering phone calls they try their best to help your needs. The Associate that does the precheck before the Doctor comes in the room, is also kind and wonderful. They are all so professional and make you feel welcomed including the Doctor. Office is very polished."

"I was referred to Dr. Najafi by my NP working in the same office. To my surprise, he was able to fit me in almost immediately. Although it was a last minute appointment and maybe a little rushed, Dr. Najafi was very nice and examined my areas of concern thoroughly. He listened and clearly explained a treatment plan and next steps."

"I went to this office for an annual physical. As part of that physical a blood test is standard. I was supposed to receive a call from the doctor to go over the results within a few days afterwards. The office called me a few days after and tried to treat it like a new appointment for me to get my blood test results. They tried to run it through my insurance again and charge me my co pay again. I called the office to complain and the girl hung up on me. They have now put my health at risk because I don't know what the results said and my insurance company won't pay for another doctor to read them because it was included in the physical. This is outrageous and a technique for their sake I hope they are not engaging in on a regular basis. I've reported this scheme to the insurance company, State regulators and the insurance department of fraud investigators for them to decide. I am also pursuing other avenues of legal recourse since I am an attorney. The hysterical part is that this office is trying to charge me a $50 cancellation fee as punishment for not going along with this nefarious game and I keep getting robo calls to that end as well. I hope they keep calling and keep sending the bill - the more evidence the better. I give this office the lowest possible rating and I would stay as far away from them as possible and watch your wallet and your pocketbook when you walk through the door. I would not put my health in their hands."

"After days of back to back calls, text and email confirmations to confirm and to make sure I show up to my appointment scheduled with Shannon Latham from this office & as well through Zocdoc, , a voicemail was left a day before my scheduled appointment saying they do not take Hpn Medicaid, when on Zocdoc it says they do. My appointment is now cancelled a day before..This is very unorganized and inconvenient as my whole reason in scheduling with this office is because I read they are in network with both Hpn and Bluecross for me to not have to pay out of pocket."
