"Having just signed up with Anthem, I was assigned to this clinic and a CAC. I called the nurses' assistant direct line and received a message that if I would leave my phone # someone would get back with me within 24 hrs. . . no follow-up. I called again . . . and still no follow-up. While Anthem sent literature stating that I could commence setting up appointments, this was not the case. The clinic was not willing to schedule until Feb. 1, when the insurance became active."
