"Absolute worst customer service care. Zero telephone response, front desk is rude and I’m changing doctors because they are worthless"

"Hard to review. Staff was awesome. Every person from front desk, vitals, doc but not a doc and checkout was awesome. My issue is the required see not a doc before see doc. Nothing more than a money grab. A surgical plan was set in 2019 with a doc. Because it's been three years I had to see a non-doc first. 5 mins of conversation and $85 copay, I can see the doc. Truly 5 minutes of OK, I understand, I will refer you to the doctor that you requested."

"He laughs when I tell him who did my surgery, I’ve been passed around to every god dam urologist here cause no one wants to take responsibility, and instead of fixing me , just chop it off . He knows it hurts but refuses to help me with the pain , just shakes his head no and walks away and u want me to trust u with my surgery. I’m sick of this place .wont help but they make sure they have their hand in my pocket."

"Was reading the reviews and so far they are accurate. The attending physician at the Henderson hospital said to do my fallow up with this place. Afyer 15min of being on hold it automatically sends you to voicemail. I left my voicemail and a call back cell. Waited 3 days, they never called back. My fallow up was supposed to be withing 2 to 4 days from my discharge but this place did the appointment for about 2 weeks after. I was made aware of this only because i ended up calling back after the 3rd day. They also did an appointment with out my knowledge and without confirming if I was available that date. They said they didn't have a contact number for me. We'll see how the rest goes, and just an FYI this is one of there waiver."

"My Dr refered me to them and this place made an appointment for me WITHOUT even checking to see if I was available that day, I wasn't and didn't get the message right away and the message informed me I would be charged if I didn't show. When I called and made an appointment for a time I could come, I came with my paperwork fully filled out and arrived 20 minutes early to make sure it was correct. My appointment time was 10:30. The Dr walked in at 11:30. I guess he felt his time was more important than the patients When I asked why they would make an appointment without checking with me 1st they said it was contractual with the insurance...I found out that is not true. That sure did not leave me feeling very good. Explains their low rating."
