"Impossible to be seem timely at clinic. Triage system does not function. Clinics are poorly staffed (not with American trained MDs) and understaffed. Clinic relies on patients using Urgent Cares for primary medical care, at increased costs and major inconveniences to patients. Medical care is worse than 3rd world country while corporation makes billions each year."
"Doctor told me to eat a low fat diet due to a gallbladder issue. Kept me in a room far longer than I probably should have. Was not told what a low fat diet consisted of by the doctor so I had to figure that out myself. Uninsured and being charged for 4 days when I arrived on a Tuesday and left 9:30 on a Thursday."
"Stayed on the unit for far too long. When being asked about health and it’s retraction of my symptoms I was met with nothing but reprisal for making a enigmatic statements. With every forced administration I feel subjected to my bureau and want nothing to do with their coltid cologrithm of a checkpoint in health."
"Hostile work environment. If I could give them a zero I would. They will waste your time and energy. I was hired to do a job they didn’t want to train me on at all. All they kept saying is it’s job security when they mess up actually patients insurance and claims. They go round for round guessing on claims and when it errors out they try something else all the while patients are being billed for medical procedures. If a CPT code gets denied they will try a different one & resubmit it to insurance until timely filing is lapsed. They are unethical, aggressive and love taking the day off. They have management issues and have a high turn over. It’s one thing to have outstanding & advanced training and it’s another to absolutely not train new hires and make up the excuse that no one has been trained. No one wants a job or wants to work for a company who is held with high regard and treats its employees as though they should train theirselves. Then reprimand & hold the same employee accountable for not knowing what to do. For the first three months I sat at home on idle. No one would contact me, I became so frustrated I finally planned my own training. When I did that, all 16 people on my team seemed scared to help me. They seemed like they had almost a battered wife syndrome and had fear of being reprimanded for helping me. It wasn’t a welcoming environment. After I initiated my training, Cecile Yang Lee which is the “supervisor “ lacking the gull and spine to actually lead and or go to upper managements with this issue. Instead I was almost begging for training and all the while she kept saying to me that “U of M Fairview” doesn’t have a training process In place for any new hire and she kept saying no one has been trained, that they basically figured out how to do their job over trial and error. She made it very clear that me being hired was more of a hazing and they wanted to see how much I could do on my own and that I am smart enough I can figure it out. That’s never ok, to not train new hires. No one wants to work for a company that cannot invest the training in you enough for your success. When I said that I thought I was apart of a team & I expect to have proper training in order to do the job I was hired for, I was met with resistance. I would leave work crying & as soon as I arrived in the morning I would have over 25 emails pointing out every single mistake I made & asking me to correct the issue yet she would absolutely give no guidance on how to fix the issue or resolve the issue or correctly and properly do each task which isn’t a job that’s self explanatory. It’s a job that requires patience and respect for the patience we work for. It seemed like the patience were the least of their worries. Unfortunately we live in a world we’re people who have a position that someone else took a chance on, now those people are the people who use their position of power to waste company resources and bully others in their department. No one should fear going to work everyday, because of a boss that has lack there of and doesn’t properly know how to train anyone let alone be an outstanding leader. I hadn’t had any no shows, no write ups, no missed days, not one blemish on my record yet I was unable to be a psychic and telepathically know how to do the job I was hired for. To be honest this is exactly why I stopped working in the medical field for over 10 years is because of the focus on other things that are not work related and the cattiness that; that industry currently and has always had. I would say maybe 1% of males are accountable for the back end of this industry and it shows. It’s a bunch of women who hate their jobs, lives & hate patience who are the face of this company. They are ruthless, undereducated, over paid, angry, none god fearing, bossy, uprupt and yet they are the face of this company. The lead, Deann Orlicki spends her days drinking on the job, being over bearing, aggressive and rude to anyone who comes in contact with her and either you deal with it or your next on-the chopping block.I’m glad it’s over"
"Told them I had blood clots in my lungs from an earlier surgery. I'd been vomiting violently from 7pm the prior night up until I showed up at their ER a little after 2pm today. At 5:20pm after seeing several people seen that came in after my arrival, I ripped off my armband and threw it on their desk. I've thrown up several times since I left. Heading to a different Hospital. Worst ER in the country. On top of that I had to pay $7.00 for valet parking after front desk validated my ticket..."
