"Dr Wally is my psychiatrist, my mind and body has eased since going to him. He’s listened to every need and adjusted my meds according. Even having mental emergencies he gets back to me within hours and helps treat me. I’m able to sleep through the night now with the meds he recommended, before I’d wake up every couple of hours. Recommend him 100%. Their clinic entirely cares about you and your health."

"They used to be great. Answered messages and calls promptly, filled medication, was in and out of the office quickly and can reach someone. But now they’ve grown too much as a practice by taking too many insurance plans and only caring about the bottom dollar. The staff doesn’t do their job and only hold false promises. I had bloodwork done over 4 weeks ago and no one has called me or called the lab to figure out what the issue is. I’m a very busy person and don’t have time to call the lab however the nurses there could, yet they don’t. I’ve called the office over 3x to check on this and they give me the same answer “We’ll call you back” and they never do. I’ve also had MAJOR issues with prescriptions being sent also. Then they say they’ve sent a medication to the pharmacy and never have. I’ve called them several times, left messages, sent texts and no one responds. So if you’re looking to have medication filled here, just don’t. It’ll never be filled on time. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a patient. I used to recommend Dr. Joseph and his staff to everyone after coming here for years but I cannot anymore. They no longer care about their patients and only care about money and selling their primary care service, which is awful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for primary or behavior health. You become just a number, lost among the other patients and nothing gets done."

Both doctors are very nice, they care to know about you as a person and don’t just focus on getting you out of their office and on to the next patient. I genuinely feel like they both care for me."
